Our Mission
As the father of a son with autism, I understand the journey, the challenges, the fears, and the determination that drives every decision we make for our children. For years I have focused on preparing for Hayden's future through saving, investing, and carefully aligning every decision with his long-term needs while supporting my family along the way.
Not every parent has had the same opportunities, and that reality inspired me to act. My approach works on two fronts. First, providing parents with the tools and guidance to plan ahead through life insurance, special needs trusts, and a structured plan that protects their child long after they are gone. Second, offering a real opportunity for parents who, like me, have faced fear and uncertainty, giving them a path to earn, grow, and provide for their children through training and outside sponsorships.
We do not have to figure this out alone. Together we can build the future our children deserve, one where they are protected, supported, and cared for, even when we are no longer here to do it ourselves.
You may wonder why Care Extended is structured as a for-profit organization rather than a nonprofit. The answer is simple and personal, I have not yet fully accomplished my own goals of securing Hayden's future and given the level of care he will need throughout his lifetime I am actively working toward a solution that goes beyond just him. That vision includes creating a place where others with similar needs can thrive, where dedicated staff have meaningful employment, and where the surrounding community benefits as well. This is not just a business, it is a mission with purpose, and building it sustainably is the only way to make it last.
